Secundino Caso

Secundino Caso is currently the president of REDR, Council Member of Cantabrian Rural Network and the President of the Rural LAG Saja Nansa. He is an experienced professional in rural development policies, prior at local and regional level and now at national level. He held multiple positions in local goverment, being mayor of the municipality Peñarrubia since 1989. He directs the Network of Natural Protected Spaces of Cantabria. As expert in the realm of LEADER since 1991, he has led and participated in a number of European LEADER Transnational Cooperation projects.
